Funktionsprinzip

Die Becher werden einzeln aus einem Magazin entnommen und in ein lineares Transportsystem eingelegt. Damit jeder Becher einen sicheren Halt hat, werden sogenannte Formatplatten auf den jeweiligen Bechertyp angepasst. Diese Platten sind durch einen Schnellverschluss austauschbar. Somit ist die Umrüstung der Maschine auf ein anderes Format in wenigen Minuten möglich.

Das Transportsystem befördert die Becher zu verschiedenen Stationen, bei denen einzelne Arbeitsschritte ausgeführt werden. Am Ende werden die Becher auf ein Förderband gestossen und aus der Maschine transportiert.

Standard design

Each filling system is designed to meet the highest standards of hygiene, including the one-piece stainless steel frame that prevents splashing water from falling, allowing efficient cleaning by hosing down. Many components can be removed using quick-release fasteners and cleaned in a dishwasher. The drive system with servomotors is integrated into the base frame and accessible from the rear of the filling system, ensuring easy and convenient access for maintenance work, for example. The control system and all pneumatic components are also accessible from the rear. The routing of cables and hoses has been simplified by the integrated position of the control cabinet in the base frame. The reduced routing and short hoses support precise timing and efficient cleaning.

System control

The systems are monitored by a Siemens PLC. They are controlled via a central PLC control system, which enables more precise control and simpler product changeovers. The PLC enables production to be started up and shut down automatically. The stations can also be operated individually using a foot switch. All programs for the various products can be saved as individual programs. Relevant production data is shown on the control panel's touchscreen display. The control panel is located on the right-hand side of the filling system to facilitate operation and monitoring in all setups and configurations. The filling line is equipped with a large, user-friendly touch panel and recipe setups required for the various products. The PLC and touchscreen control panel make it easy to optimize all settings individually for each product. It enables maximum repeatability by saving the data.
